Ans: Change of regime of state can happen in two ways:

1. Normal course

2.  Coup d' eat ( revolt , revolution,  etc)

Insurgent forces : Some part of territory and no de facto recognition.

Belligerent forces: De facto recognition.

New Regime:  Can be de facto recognition or de Jure recognition.
